Most clients begin with a Promotion Readiness Audit, a focused diagnostic that identifies where gaps in positioning, visibility, and self-advocacy are costing you opportunities, and what to do about it.

From there, my 6-month Promotion & Protection Experience gives leaders and professionals the strategy, tools, and accountability to move into the next level, not someday, but with a clear, executable plan.

Welcome! I'm Brittanni Hendricks, ICF-Certified Promotion Coach, speaker, and facilitator.

I work with high-performing professionals who are doing the work but not getting the recognition for it, described by their teams as dependable, hardworking, responsible, and trusted. Yet when promotions happen, someone else is chosen.

The issue is rarely capability. It's perception. Promotion decisions are made on how leaders interpret your readiness for the next level, and that interpretation can be shaped.
