My name is Brittanni Hendricks, ICF-Certified Promotion Coach, Speaker, and MBA.
As an executive coach, author, and speaker, I equip organizations and professional women with the strategies to build stronger leaders, accelerate promotion readiness, and create leadership pipelines that last.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience in talent development, leadership strategy, and positive psychology, I challenge the belief that promotions are earned through performance alone. My work reveals how strategic visibility, executive influence, and intentional positioning determine who is trusted with greater responsibility.
