The Alignment Audit is not a discovery call. It’s a strategic diagnostic that identifies where your leadership capacity is leaking, and exactly what to do about it. Think of it as an MRI for how you lead under pressure. What’s Included 1. Pre-Audit Leadership Intake A structured diagnostic covering: - Leadership identity & decision patterns - Emotional load & energy leaks - Communication and boundary stress points - Current pressure points at work and home This primes the session and separates you from generic consults. 2. 60-Minute Private Alignment Audit Session During the session, you will: - Map where misalignment is costing you clarity and calm - Identify your dominant stress-response patterns - Pinpoint the one or two leverage points that will create the biggest shift - Separate what’s yours to carry from what isn’t This is insight + strategy, not surface conversation. 3. Alignment Snapshot (Delivered After) A written summary you can return to, including: - Your primary misalignment pattern - The leadership pillar most compromised - Immediate adjustments to stabilize capacity - A clear recommendation path forward (with or without coaching) This reinforces value beyond the call. Cancellation Policy
HOW WE WILL MEET We will meet by Zoom. Be sure to complete the appointment intake form. This will give you time to clarify what you most want to focus on. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS I request that you make our session a priority. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Likewise, I may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. I will give you as much notice as possible and try to make rescheduling as convenient as possible. CONFIDENTIALITY It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you or required by law. COACHING CREDENTIALS AND EDUCATION I am a professional coach and have certificates in personal and leadership development coaching from The CaPP Institute, Maxwell Leadership, and the FranklinCovey Executive Coaching Program. I also hold certifications to facilitate Everything DiSC and Hogan Leadership Assessments.
