Meet Your Coach

My name is Brittanni Hendricks, ICF-Certified Leadership Alignment Coach, Speaker, and MBA. 

I've spent 15+ years working inside organizations at the enterprise level in Talent and Leadership Development. I've watched high-performers get passed over. I've seen what actually goes into promotion decisions, and what most professionals are never told.

 

I built this program to close that gap.

 

My approach is grounded in emotional intelligence and positive psychology, and my coaching is direct, warm, and focused on what will actually move the needle for you, not generic advice, but a strategy built around your specific situation, organization, and goals.

 

I'm certified through ICF with additional credentials from The CaPP Institute, Maxwell Leadership, and the FranklinCovey Executive Coaching Program.

Most clients begin with an Alignment Audit, a focused 60-minute diagnostic session where we identify exactly what is preventing your advancement and what to do next. From there, many clients move directly into the Promotion Readiness Experience.

We spend 60 minutes diagnosing what is blocking your advancement and mapping what the path forward looks like.

Step 2: Enroll in the Promotion Readiness Experience
If it's the right fit, we begin your 6-month engagement. Many clients apply the Alignment Audit fee toward their program investment.

Step 3: Do the work and lead at the next level
Bi-weekly sessions, real-time email support, and a coach who has been inside the organization making promotion decisions. This is the work that changes careers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this coaching or consulting?
This is coaching, which means we focus on your specific situation, goals, and growth. I bring 15+ years of talent and leadership development expertise to every conversation, so our sessions are grounded in real organizational context, not abstract frameworks.
 
How is this different from a mentor or a manager?
Your manager evaluates your performance. A mentor shares their experience. A coach helps you develop the insight, strategy, and skills to navigate your own path, with no agenda other than your advancement. I hold space for honest conversation that is hard to have with anyone inside your organization.
 
What if I'm not sure I'm ready for a promotion yet?
That is exactly what the Alignment Audit is for. We diagnose where you are, what is holding you back, and whether the 6-month program is the right next step for you. There is no pressure to enroll.
 
I'm also exploring starting my own business. Can this program help with that?
Yes. A significant part of this work is clarity about what you want and confidence in your ability to lead at the next level, whether that is inside your current organization or as the founder of your own. Many clients use this program to map both paths and decide which one aligns with their goals and life.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions are bi-weekly and scheduled in advance. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Payment plans are billed monthly. No refunds are issued after enrollment, but sessions may be transferred if life circumstances change.
