Cancellation Policy
HOW WE WILL ENGAGE Speaking engagements and keynotes will be delivered live (virtually or in-person) on the agreed-upon date, time, and location/platform. Prior to the engagement, I’ll coordinate with your designated contact to align on timing, technology, event format, audience, and final talking points. If pre-event planning calls are part of your package, we’ll schedule those via Zoom 2–4 weeks ahead of the event. You are welcome to email questions, materials, or updates leading up to the engagement at any time. SPEAKING FEE Speaking fees vary by format, topic, and audience. Rates typically range from: - Keynote Speech: Starting at $4,000 - Virtual Keynote: Starting at $2,500 - Panel, Fireside Chat, or Workshop Facilitation: Custom pricing based on scope - Custom Series or Retreat Facilitation: Starting at $6,000+ Note: Nonprofit and education rates are available by request. PAYMENT Payment may be rendered via credit card, debit card, ACH, or business invoice. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event unless otherwise arranged. If your organization requires a PO, contract, or vendor setup, please provide that information promptly. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice and subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event may forfeit the deposit. In the rare event that I must reschedule due to emergency or illness, I will notify you immediately and either arrange for a backup speaker (if applicable) or provide full flexibility to reschedule your engagement. COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION To ensure a seamless experience for your audience, I’m happy to collaborate with your internal comms or event team to tailor the message, match the theme, and deliver with impact. Final slides or visuals will be shared for review (if requested) at least 48 hours before the event. CONFIDENTIALITY All private conversations, organizational context, and proprietary materials shared in preparation for the engagement will be treated with strict confidentiality unless otherwise authorized or required by law.
