Hi, I’m Brittanni. I am a Leadership Alignment Coach and, most importantly, a mother to my son, George.

For over 14 years, I worked in investment management in HR and Talent Development.

Today, I work with high-performing leaders and working parents who are carrying a heavy emotional load. People who are capable, driven, and successful, but know something is out of sync.

I help them recalibrate so they can lead with clarity instead of strain.
