Service Description
Personalized, results-oriented coaching for ambitious professionals who want to rise, without burning out or dimming their voice. Whether you're navigating a toxic team, stepping into executive leadership, or craving a more authentic, grounded leadership style, I meet you where you are and help you get where you're meant to go.
Cancellation Policy
HOW WE WILL MEET We will meet by Zoom each month based on the number of sessions you select. I am also available as often as you need me for email coaching between sessions. You may find it helpful to email me your coaching call agenda for the call before our session. This will give you time to clarify what you most want to focus on. COACHING FEE: $2,400/mo. for 2 sessions per month (3 months) or $4,800 mo. for 2 sessions per month (6 months). A monthly subscription is available for $750/month for 2 monthly sessions. PAYMENT You may render payment by credit card or debit card. Payments are due on the 1st of the month in which the service is rendered. We will bill you during the first week of each month for the length of your coaching plan. If you have billing questions, call. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS I request that you make our coaching sessions a priority. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Likewise, I may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. I will give you as much notice as possible and try to make rescheduling as convenient as possible. EXTRA TIME Please call or email me (brittanni@brittannihendricks.com) between calls if you cannot wait to share a success, need advice, have a challenge, or just want to check in. I have time between our regular calls, and I enjoy providing this extra level of service. I do not bill for this type of additional time, I only request that we keep extra calls to 5 to 10 minutes each. CONFIDENTIALITY It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential, unless the release of information is otherwise authorized or requested by you or required by law. COACHING CREDENTIALS AND EDUCATION I am a professional coach and have certificates in personal and leadership development coaching from The CAPP Institute, Maxwell Leadership, and the FranklinCovey Executive Coaching Program. I also hold certifications to facilitate Everything DiSC and Hogan Leadership Assessments. I have an MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce and 15+ years in Talent & Leadership Development at the enterprise level. THANK YOU It is a joy and a pleasure to serve as your coach.
