For years, I played by the rules. I climbed the corporate ladder, earned the degrees, and checked every box that was supposed to lead to “success.” On paper, everything looked great. But inside, I was quietly battling the weight of perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, and the pressure to hold it all together — at work and at home.

I was the go-to person for everyone else. But behind the scenes, I was constantly questioning if my voice mattered, if my boundaries were too much, and if I could really lead with my full truth in environments that weren’t always built for women like me — ambitious, sensitive, and soul-led.

What changed everything?

Getting honest.

Honest about my emotional needs.
Honest about the patterns I was stuck in.
Honest about the kind of life and leadership I wanted to model for my children.

 

Through coaching, therapy, prayer, and deep work, I stopped chasing validation and started reclaiming my voice. I built my business around what I needed most — a space to be human, to lead with emotional intelligence, and to grow without guilt or burnout.

 

Now, I coach women and leaders who are ready to do the same.
