Cancellation Policy
HOW WE WILL MEET Facilitated sessions will be delivered via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed upon) and scheduled based on the engagement scope and cadence selected. I will collaborate with your team lead or designated point of contact to ensure each session aligns with your strategic priorities. You are encouraged to submit session goals, themes, or challenges in advance to ensure a focused and impactful facilitation experience. Customized team resources and follow-up summaries may also be provided to reinforce learning and accountability. FACILITATION FEE Team Facilitation Investment: - Half-Day Virtual Session: $2,400 -Full-Day Virtual Session: $4,800 -Multi-Session Series (3+ sessions): Custom pricing based on scope Pricing includes: -Pre-session planning calls -Custom session design -Resource development and post-session summaries -Optional leader prep or debrief sessions as agreed PAYMENT Payment may be made by credit or debit card via invoice. For one-time sessions: Full payment is due upon booking confirmation. For multi-session engagements, Invoices are issued monthly, with payment due by the 1st of each month. If your organization requires a purchase order or custom invoicing structure, please notify me in advance. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS Please make facilitation sessions a priority. If rescheduling is required, notify me at least 72 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency. Should I need to reschedule, I will offer ample notice and work with you to identify the next best available time. SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS I remain available to your internal point of contact via email for brief check-ins, planning feedback, or resource sharing between sessions. I do not bill for short exchanges of this nature (typically 5–10 minutes), as I consider this part of providing a high-quality experience. CONFIDENTIALITY To create a safe space for growth and collaboration, all facilitation conversations are kept confidential. I will not share individual contributions or team discussions outside of the engagement unless authorized by the client or required by law.
